Terms of Service

Last updated 25 August 2026

These terms apply when you use Soizzy. Using the service means you accept them. If you're using it for an organisation, you're confirming you may accept on its behalf.

This is a private beta

Features change, break and disappear. There is no uptime commitment, no support commitment, and machines may be restarted or reclaimed. Keep your own copy of anything you'd be upset to lose.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone else has it. You need to be at least 16.

What you make is yours

You own what you describe and what gets built for you. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service — to store, process and display your content, and to send the relevant parts to the model providers that generate your code. We don't claim ownership and we don't use your projects to advertise.

Generated code comes from AI models. It can be wrong, insecure, or resemble code elsewhere. Review it before you rely on it, and you're responsible for what you ship.

What you may not do

  • Break the law, or build something whose purpose is to.
  • Infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.
  • Send malware, phishing pages or spam.
  • Attack, overload, probe or try to escape the sandbox, or reach another tenant's project or data.
  • Mine cryptocurrency, run unrelated background workloads, or otherwise use the machines for something other than building your app.
  • Resell or share your access so others can avoid signing up.

Domain search

Domain availability and prices shown in a project come from Name.com and are indicative only. Availability changes minute to minute and nothing shown is an offer to sell. Soizzy does not register domains for you — you buy them from a registrar under that registrar's terms.

Money

The beta is free. If we introduce paid plans we'll say so before charging anything, and you'll be able to decline and stop.

Ending it

Delete your projects or ask us to close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or endangers the service or other users — where it's reasonable to, we'll warn you first.

No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that legally can't be limited — including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and material changes will be announced to account holders. Continuing to use Soizzy after that means you accept the new version. Questions go to [email protected].
